 Principles of teaching listening Encourage students to listen as often and as much as possible, Help students prepare to listen, Once may not be enough, Encourage students to respond to the content of a listening,not just to the language, Different listening stages demands different listening task, and Good teacher exploits listening text to the full.👍 

Factors that makes listening skill difficult. 1. Trouble with sound, 2. Trying to understand everyword, 3. Unable to catch the speed of the speaker, 4. Unable to understand things at once,  5. Inability to predict,  6. Difficult to concentrate on subjectmatter, and 7. Lack of background knowledge about the content.
